Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of EMR/LIS to place orders and manage specimens.
• Provides clerical, administrative and customer service support; dispatch couriers.
• Communicate procedures with patients and families, deescalate stressful situations.
• Monitors and maintains supply inventory; track usage and place orders.
• May perform waived testing.
• Train and orient new caregivers.
