Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Marlborough, MA, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends. You will lead Patient Service Center operations, mentor staff, and ensure accurate phlebotomy procedures.

The role demands excellent communication with patients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced lab environment. Responsibilities include specimen collection, data entry, scheduling support, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have phlebotomy skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Lead daily operations in PSC/IOP environments.
• Coach and mentor staff and onboard new employees.
• Ensure accurate data entry, logs and compliance with SOPs.
• Support scheduling, inventory and customer inquiries.
