Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Kingsport, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to oversee patient service operations Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 with rotational weekends.

The role requires strong phlebotomy skills and the ability to coach a team in a high-volume PSC/IOP environment. You will mentor staff, ensure accuracy in specimen handling, data entry and billing support, and collaborate with sales, IT, and lab teams to deliver reliable patient testing services.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Mentor and coach staff; provide onboarding for new employees.
• Ensure accurate data entry, billing and compliance with SOPs.
