Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable locations.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders and patient demographics across lab systems.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and other records.
• Provide onboarding and coaching to new staff as needed.
• Support with inventory and scheduling as required.
