Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible hours including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Travel required to multiple locations with transportation and driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training in SOPs and safety policies.
• Coach, mentor and onboard new employees and provide input to supervisors.
