Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Montgomery, AL, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekend shifts.

The role reports to the regional leadership and focuses on ensuring accurate patient specimen collection, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of patient service. The position offers a pay range of $24.13+ per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel to multiple locations and cover PSC/IOP locations with minimal notice.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Data entry of patient registration, test orders, and billing information.
• Perform phlebotomy-related clerical duties and inventory management.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with monthly statistics.
