Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for testing, and provide compassionate patient interaction. The role may involve assignments to doctors' offices, patient service centers, or other sites as needed.

The PSR II will verify patient demographics, maintain accurate records, and work under supervision to ensure safety and confidentiality. Flexible locations and travel requirements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Willing to travel and cover multiple locations as needed.
• Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics post-venipuncture and label verification.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Represent Synectics to patients, clients, employees and the public with a positive image.
