Job summary

Synectics Inc. in the United States is seeking a Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) to greet patients, perform phlebotomy, and prepare specimens for lab testing in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures, ensure accurate labeling and records, and support multiple locations including doctor’s offices or service centers. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification preferred; 1-3 years experience; flexibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible to cover multiple locations and shifts; customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and create an atmosphere of trust.
• Verify patient demographics post-venipuncture and ensure correct labels.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Perform duties across doctor offices or patient service centers as needed.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and accuracy standards.
