Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to warmly greet patients and perform phlebotomy, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.

You will be in direct contact with patients, explaining procedures and building trust to ensure comfort and safety during collection. The role requires high school completion, phlebotomy training or certification where applicable, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Interact with patients to explain procedures and build trust.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
