Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to be the face of our practice as you draw blood, prepare samples, and support patients through health decisions.

You will interact with patients, explain procedures, and perform finger/venipuncture with a focus on safety, accuracy, and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting across multiple locations. High school diploma required; phlebotomy training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred where required.
• Experience with patient interactions and specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a trustworthy environment.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling before specimen processing.
• Maintain records and follow safety and confidentiality guidelines.
• Be flexible to work at multiple locations as needed.
