Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training and certification required.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.
• Experience in acute care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, and heel-stick as required to obtain specimens.
• Maintain inventory and order tests in LIS accurately.
• Ensure patient identification and correct demographic/ordering information.
