Job summary

Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist in Marion, OH. The role involves blood collection by venipuncture/capillary methods for all ages, specimen handling, and patient service. Shifts are Monday–Friday 6:00am–11:00am with rotating weekends.

Minimum: HS diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training; 2+ years experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more; travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or phlebotomy cert or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass color vision test.
• Ability to pass Ohio corrections background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
