Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Cincinnati team at 4767 North Bend Rd. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with rotating Saturdays. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, process specimens, enter data accurately, and provide exceptional patient service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or completed training, or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience. Travel to other sites may be required.

• Phlebotomy certification or completion of training, or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent patient service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and ensure proper labeling.
