Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostic testing, seeks a Phlebotomist to join our Union, NJ location. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, and patient service across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes accuracy, patient care, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, competitive hourly pay, and eligibility for comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
