Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist for our Sewell, NJ location. The role focuses on accurate blood collection via venipuncture and capillary methods across all ages, with patient service at the forefront.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Responsibilities include data entry, billing support, and travel to additional sites as needed. A high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy training or experience are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
