Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture with proper technique.
• Label, centrifuge, and prepare specimens per procedure.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Package and store specimens maintaining sample integrity.
• Verify test requisitions and ensure accurate labeling and orders.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance and attend trainings as required.
