Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, label specimens and centrifuge as required.
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisitions to specimens and prepare for transport and storage.
• Maintain accurate patient and test information and follow protocols for sample integrity.
• Attend departmental trainings and comply with safety regulations.
