BioReference Health, LLC. is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood draws and specimen handling with focus on patient comfort and specimen integrity. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and active phlebotomy certification in the employment state, plus at least six months of venipuncture experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently are preferred. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with emphasis on accuracy and quality care.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED is required. Phlebotomy certification for the employed state is required (CA/NV/WA/LA where applicable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection with accuracy and care.
• Label, centrifuge, and prepare specimens per test order and protocol.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure comfort during venipuncture.
• Match requisitions to specimens and maintain proper labeling and storage.
