• Collect, label, and process specimens following established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and ensure proper labeling and transport of specimens.
• Maintain and document quality control, equipment, and patient information as required.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations; wear PPE and attend trainings as scheduled.
• Answer inquiries and support department operations as assigned.
