Labcorp in Springdale, AR is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. Responsibilities include blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, specimen handling for drug screens, and data entry of patient information.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and, preferably, 1+ years of phlebotomy experience. Certification or accredited training is acceptable, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1+ years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
