Job summary

Labcorp in Springdale, AR is seeking a friendly Phlebotomist to join our patient‑focused team. You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, enter data and support billing processes while delivering excellent service to patients.

The role requires a high school diploma; phlebotomy certification is preferred. Travel to additional sites may be required, with a schedule Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency preferred?
• Experience in phlebotomy or healthcare settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
