Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join a medical clinic team in Fayetteville, AR. You will perform skilled blood collections and deliver exceptional customer service, while handling specimens, data entry, and billing support.

The role requires a High School Diploma and phlebotomy experience; certification or training from an accredited agency is preferred. Travel to additional sites may be required, with a schedule Monday–Thursday and some Fridays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more phlebotomy experience.
• Current or prior Labcorp experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
