Job summary

Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist for a clinic in Bentonville, AR 72712. The role involves collecting blood specimens, preparing samples for testing, and delivering excellent patient service. Schedule is Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm and Fri 8:00am–3:00pm with overtime as needed.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year phlebotomy experience and Labcorp familiarity are preferred. You will travel to additional sites as required and participate in a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Labcorp experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
