Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Springdale, AR. You will perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages, and ensure accurate patient data entry and specimen handling.

The role requires a high school diploma and may prefer 1+ year phlebotomy experience with certification from an accredited agency. Travel to additional sites may be required and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency or completed training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis; maintain logs and accurate records.
• Provide superior customer service to patients; travel to additional sites as needed.
