Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Marlton, NJ team. The role involves venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, specimen handling, data entry, and providing excellent patient service.

The position supports travel to other sites as needed and requires flexibility for 650am–320pm with rotating Saturdays. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training, with preferred experience of 1 year or more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
