Job summary

Labcorp in Marlton, NJ invites a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections across age groups, ensure accurate data entry, and support billing processes while delivering excellent service.

The rolerequires a high school diploma or GED, and phlebotomy certification or training; one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
