Labcorp in San Diego, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections and provide exceptional patient service at our 5555 Reservoir Road location. The role includes specimen processing, data entry, and travel to additional sites as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid California Phlebotomy License. Prior phlebotomy experience is a plus. A quarterly incentive and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid California State phlebotomy license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
