Labcorp in Kentucky seeks a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods, collect specimens for tests, and provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, with potential travel to additional sites. A high school diploma and phlebotomy training or certification are required; 1 year or more experience preferred. PST Incentive Plan may provide quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• Phlebotomy experience or training required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
