Labcorp in Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with travel to additional sites as needed. You will perform blood collections, collect various specimens, and ensure accurate data entry and patient service.

Ideal candidates have a phlebotomy certification or training, plus 1 year of experience; 2+ years in outpatient labs preferred. PST incentive plan may apply; excellent customer service and reliability are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.
• 2+ years phlebotomy in outpatient lab preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training required in lieu of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
