Qualifications

• Oncology diagnostic phlebotomy experience required (1-2 years).
• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture following established procedures.
• Label specimens, centrifuge, and record maintenance data.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure specimen integrity.
• Package and transport specimens according to protocol.
• Maintain OSHA and DEP compliance; attend annual trainings.
