Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract in San Antonio, TX, with potential to go perm. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years oncology diagnostic phlebotomy experience and a valid phlebotomy certification. Responsibilities include blood draws, specimen handling, labeling, and ensuring proper transport and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge and store specimens; document maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly and ensure proper transport.
