Interpath Laboratory is seeking a Phlebotomist/Processor to deliver quality patient care at our site. Previous phlebotomy experience is required, as this role works independently as the sole phlebotomist at the site.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $25.69 per hour, DOE, with schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and in-house testing.

Formación

• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Washington MA-P phlebotomy certification.
• English proficiency; Korean preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative duties: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and monitoring instrumentation alarms.
• Technical: Performing venipuncture, obtaining other specimens, and preparing samples for testing.
• Accurate data management: Verifying specimen information and data entry.
• Specimen handling: Receiving, processing, and packaging samples for referral labs.
• Compliance: Following safety, HIPAA, Medicare rules and QA.
• Flexibility: Covering shifts at different sites as needed.
