Job summary

Interpath Laboratory in Washington is seeking a Phlebotomist/Processor to perform venipuncture, prepare samples, and ensure accurate data handling. You will support patient services and collaborate with a team across sites, maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Washington MA-P certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens.
• Prepare samples for lab testing and screening.
• Verify specimen information and data entry.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and Medicare rules; participate in QA.
• Cover shifts at different sites as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
