Interpath Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist/Processor to work at a busy one-person site in Washington. You will perform venipuncture, handle specimens, and manage data while ensuring patient‑centered care and accuracy. The role requires independent work, calmness under pressure, and compassionate service.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and in-house testing. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities to cover other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Administrative duties: customer service, phones, monitor instrumentation alarms.
• Technical: venipuncture, specimen collection, and sample prep for testing.
• Data: verify specimen data, data entry, patient identification.
• Specimen handling: receive, process, and pack samples for referral labs.
• Compliance: follow safety, HIPAA, Medicare rules, contribute to QA.
• Flexibility: cover shifts at different sites as needed.
• Reliability: maintain punctual attendance for continuity of operations.
