The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekend duties and a pay range starting at $20.00 per hour, plus potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify test orders using lab technology systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, sanitizing, filing, phones, and email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete required training.
