Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Fishers, IN area. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotation every 4th Saturday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The pay range starts at $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses based on results.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Navigate lab tech systems to verify orders and enter data accurately.
