The position runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends, and offers a pay range starting at $20.00 per hour plus potential performance bonuses.

The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, data-entry skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify test orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer and enter data accurately.
• Obtain billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature logs timely.
• Complete online and in-person training courses timely.
