Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Indianapolis, IN, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. Qualifications include three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and preferred phlebotomy certification. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexibility to cover weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Enter data accurately and maintain phlebotomy logs.
• Process specimens for labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and transport.
