Quest Diagnostics Employer Solutions in Carmel, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with rotation every fourth Saturday 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. The role collects specimens, performs basic patient screening, and uses lab systems to verify orders. Candidates should have at least three years of phlebotomy experience and a HS diploma; certification is preferred. The position offers pay around $20 per hour plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screening.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify and enter orders and client information using lab technology systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and preparing for transport.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training courses timely.
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and general duties.
