Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Indianapolis, IN, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends. You will collect specimens, prepare samples for testing, and support accurate workflow processes.

Three years of phlebotomy experience and data-entry skills are required. High school diploma; phlebotomy certification preferred. Driver's license may be needed. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and adult collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience and accuracy are essential.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, etc.).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders via lab systems and client contact, entering data accurately.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport prep.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
