Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Reston, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect specimens Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role offers a pay range of $23.20–$24.90 per hour and potential annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, incl. pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computers and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policies.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, sanitation, filing, phones, emails.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
