Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to support a Gainesville, FL medical facility. This contract position offers 10:00 am–3:00 pm shifts and the chance to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and a high school diploma. Flexibility to travel between locations, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.

Title: Phlebotomist (Part time)

Location: Gainesville, FL

Schedule: 1 st shift, 10:00 am - 3:00 PM

Pay Range/Salary Range: $21 - $23

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Job Description

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office
• Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.

Work Experience

• THREE years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
