Pride Health is hiring an ENTRY Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Fort Myers, FL 33908.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00a.m to 12:30p.m and Saturday 6:00 a.m to 10:00a.m. Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908. This local contract role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and 1–2 years of client-facing customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if just an intern/externship to learn the basics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service REQUIRED.
• Some Phlebotomy experience is REQUIRED.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-ins in the lobby through either a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Be willing to work both in the lobby and in a draw room with patients to help with breaks that need to be covered.
• To perform with confidence both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public in general, along with a willingness to learn new skills.

Pay Range: 17:00/Hour - 17.75/Hour

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:
