Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months phlebotomy experience or training preferred.
• National certification as approved by supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO and throat swabs.
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab area and follow safety regulations.
