Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and effective communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collecting patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO, and throat swab collections.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate procedures and instructions to patients and family members.
• Assist with registration, CODE response participation, and mentoring new staff as needed.
