Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-ins in lobby.
• Support phlebotomy activities while maintaining confidentiality and safety.
• Maintain lobby area and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Ensure accurate and timely records and documentation.
• Demonstrate compassionate customer service and professionalism.
