Job summary

Talentify is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I for our Deltona, FL location. This role focuses on lobby greeting, patient check-in, and support for phlebotomy procedures. Under supervision, you will assist with daily lab operations and maintain patient confidentiality.

The position requires phlebotomy experience (even intern/externship), a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of client-facing customer service. Data entry skills are essential for accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required (intern/externship ok).
• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• Ability to assist with lobby check-ins via kiosk or handheld tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-in at kiosk or tablet.
• Support phlebotomists and maintain waiting area cleanliness and order.
• Help with breaks and staffing coverage as needed.
• Demonstrate patient care with compassion and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with routine phlebotomy duties under supervision.
