Talentify is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I in Ruskin, FL to support patient care by greeting arrivals, assisting with check-in, and maintaining a safe lobby environment. The role also involves assisting in the draw room and covering breaks as needed for other phlebotomists.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in in lobby with care and compassion.
• Assist in lobby and draw room; cover breaks as needed for phlebotomists.
• Apply phlebotomy skills for procedures and processing.
• Explain procedures to patients to build trust and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Maintain lobby organization and ensure timely, professional service.
