Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or higher.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6 months phlebotomy experience required.
• Customer service experience in retail/service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Maintains direct contact with patients, explains procedures, and draws blood in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
• Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
