Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience required.
• Willing to learn phlebotomy skills when downtime exists.
• Entry position into phlebotomy; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in in lobby.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and organization; support breaks when needed.
• Receive training on phlebotomy and perform duties after training.
• Ensure accurate and confidential handling of patient information.
